Project Description

MariNH3, is a five-year research programme to develop new and disruptive engine technology that will significantly cut greenhouse gases and pollution emitted by diesel powered marine vessels.

The programme works with academic and commercial partners across three research themes, Investigating the potential of green ammonia to fuel and decarbonise commercial shipping.

Contributing institutions and organisations include the University of Nottingham, Cardiff University, the University of Birmingham, Science and Technology Facilities Council and the University of Brighton.

Once more we were charged with taking the design work of designer Gill Williamson to build a content managed website. We worked closely with Gill and the MariNH3 coordinator Jen Baldwin team, to create an attractive and easy-to-use site that provides access to a wide range of information about the project. Again, adherence to style guides and accessibility standards was an important factor.
