    Response Times

    Office Hours (9-5, Mon-Fri): Initial response within 4 hours. Completion time varies depending on work requested.

    Outside Office Hours: Next working day, by 1pm.

    Engine Room Dealer Maintenance Contracts: Work completed within 3-5 working days.

    However in very rare circumstances we may take up to five business days to respond.

    IT Support

    We regret to inform clients that we do not offer support for IT services, e.g. desktop support, mobile device support, network support or Microsoft product support.

    Support for problems relating directly to the services currently purchased from us (i.e. cPanel hosting and email, domain names, websites and development) can be requested using the support contact options detailed above.
